If you want to turn over a new leaf health-wise now it’s back to school and back to work season then you need to get involved in sport and eat well.
For the sport aspect, there’s nothing better to motivate you than watching super fit men run around a rugby pitch. The London Irish rugby team play at the Madejski stadium in Reading and we had two tickets to give away to their first home game of the season this Saturday against the Newcastle Falcons.
